Hi, I’m Shireen, a physical therapist here at Shasta Health. I was born and raised in Southern California and have been practicing for the past four years. I work with a wide range of patients, from those recovering after surgery to individuals managing orthopedic or neurological conditions. I also love helping people improve their general wellness and get back to doing what they enjoy. My approach is all about personalized care, meeting people where they are, and helping them feel stronger and more confident every step of the way.
